Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with GlobItems. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please carefully read and follow the guidelines outlined below.
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase delivery date. For example, item was delivered to you 15th of June, you have 14 days, until 29th of June to initiate a return process. By delaying to do that – you loose your right to return an item and no refund will be issued for you.
- All returns must be paid by the buyer as we sell internationally and we don’t pay for a return postage.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order number, is required for all returns and exchanges to recognise the initial buyer in our database.
- Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
- Purchases made within 2 hours can be cancelled without any fee. If you cancel the order made after 2 hours – you will be refunded 90% of your purchase price paid.
For example, you have paid $300 for the handbag and after 3 hours decide to cancel the purchase. We will refund you $270 and keep $30 for our administrative cost to cover the fee.
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@globitems.com to initiate the return process.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and provide the necessary information, including your order number and item details.
- Our customer service team will provide you instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the item securely, including all accessories and documentation originally included.
- Clearly mark the return shipping address as we provided on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method with a tracking number.
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 20 working days after the item is received and approved.
- Exchange Process:
- Not accepted.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately within 24 hours after item has been delivered. Delaying to do so will remove the right to get compensation for a defective item.
- Provide detailed information about the issue, along with supporting photographs if possible.
- Our team will guide you through the return or partial refund (after your agreement) process and ensure that you receive a replacement or partial refund instantly.
Please note that GlobItems reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above guidelines or if the item shows signs of misuse or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
